So this Sunday Robyn and I were sitting in church. She began to doodle and she drew a picture like this:
I took one look at what she was drawing and it seemed clear to me what she was trying to portray. When I saw the picture what I saw was "1..1..2..3.." Naturally, I knew the next number was 5, so I modified her drawing to look like this:
At this point she said, "You ruined it, I wasn't drawing the
Fibonacci sequence, I was drawing the
Plan of Salvation."
Well, we learned some important things. I may be the bigger nerd, but at least Robyn was nerdy enough to recognize what my drawing was.
Yes I might be a nerd, but you should be on your way home right now! I am hungry, my love!
ReplyDeleteHahaha. I like the Fibonacci Sequence. And these types of posts are my fav. :)
ReplyDeleteI not only have a great love for the Fibonacci Sequence, but I also love the Plan of Salvation. I appreciate the links to both.

wow...the Fibonacci sequence. I haven't heard that phrase since my geometry in art class.
ReplyDeleteYou just made my day. That is awesome!
ReplyDeleteHahaha, that's awesome. I too saw the Fibonacci Sequence, although my view may have been slightly biased due to the title of your post... But then as a math person, I probably would have come up with that anyway! I fully believe that you and Robyn were meant for each other! :)
ReplyDeleteI didn't read the title of your post...So I knew exactly what Robyn was drawing!!!
ReplyDeleteEternal Perspective!:)
Ha! You two really are perfect for each other!
ReplyDeleteThe fibo who?
